Evie Poaros, who was born in England, has danced in productions of Der Rosenkavalier, Iwan Sussanin and a revival of Carmen at Oper Frankfurt. She has also worked with the Frankfurt ensemble MuddyBoots Dance for MORBUS, Going Places and The Melting Pot project in collaboration with the Frankfurt Chamber Philharmonic. She trained in classical and contemporary dance at the Academy of Dance in Mannheim before moving to the University for Music and the Performing Arts in Frankfurt am Main, where she completed her bachelor studies in 2016. Whilst still a student Evie Poaros worked with many leading choreographers, including William Forsythe, Richard Siegal, Regina van Berkel, Marguerite Donlon, Spenser Theberge and Sjoerd Vreugdenhill.
