Angel Blue made her debut in Frankfurt with this role in the first run of Götterdämmerung performances in 2012. This American soprano began her career as a model. After taking part in Los Angeles Opera’s Domingo Thornton Young Artist Program, a period at the Centre de Perfeccionament "Plácido Domingo" del Palau de les Arts and success at many renowned singing competitions she quickly developed into a much sought after singer. She has appeared with artists including Elīna Garanča and Thomas Hampson. In the 2010/2011 season Angel Blue took part in a tour with Plácido Domingo which included appearances in Kansas City (Missouri), Peking, the opening of the Royal Opera House Muscat in Oman and the Arena in Zagreb. In 2012 she sang Giulietta in The Tales of Hoffmann at the Theater an der Wien in Vienna.
