Beau Gibson joined the ensemble at Oper Frankfurt in 2012/13. His roles during the 2014/15 season are Bardolfo in Falstaff, Cassio in Otello, the Narrator in Owen Wingrave, 1st Tempter / Knight in Pizzetti's Murder in the Cathedral, Da-du in concert performances of Strauss' The Egyptian Helen and the Broom -Maker in Königskinder. Roles in Frankfurt in recent seasons have included High Priest to Neptune (Idomeneo), Tamino (Die Zauberflöte), Massimo (Gluck's Ezio), Alonso (The Tempest), Pollux (Strauss' Die Liebe der Danae, in concert) and Svatopluk Čech (Die Ausflüge des Herrn Brouček/The Adventures of Mr Brouček). Beau Gibson was a soloist at the world premiere and recording of Christopher Theofanidis' The Refuge. His repertoire also includes Schumann's Dichterliebe, Beethoven's Gellert Lieder, Brahms' Liebesliederwalzer, Poulenc's Tel jour, telle nuit, Schumann's Liederkreis and Lieder by Hundley, Respighi, Rimsky-Korsakov, Schubert, Strauss, Tosti and Verdi. Guest engagements have included Froh (Ring) conducted by James Conlon at Los Angeles Opera, Cassio (Otello) at San Francisco Opera, Tamino in Rome, Don Ottavio (Don Giovanni) at Opera North (New Hampshire) and several roles at Houston Grand Opera, where he was a member of their Opera Studio. This American tenor was also a member of San Francisco Opera's »Merola Programme«.
