Stine Marie Fischer
Stine Marie Fischer made her debut at Oper Frankfurt in 2010 with the 3rd Lady in Die Zauberflöte, returning several times to sing the role again. She now sings the role of Rossweiße for the first time in these cycles and, in October, will be going to Monte Carlo to sing her first Flosshilde in a new production of Rheingold. She sang in Gluck’s Orfeo at the 2012 Weilburg Festival. This alto studied at the „Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy“ High School for Music and Theatre in Leipzig with Prof. Regina Werner-Dietrich, the University for Music in Vienna (Prof. Claudia Visca) as part of an Erasmus exchange, and at the High School for Music and the Performing Arts in Frankfurt (Prof. Hedwig Fassbender). She has also taken part in masterclasses held by Helen Donath, Graham Johnson, Ingeborg Danz, Johannes Martin Kränzle and Helmut Deutsch. Stine Marie Fischer was awarded a scholarship from the Alte Oper Frankfurt’s Bach Society in 2011.
